How to Create & Publish Action Plan

Using the suggestions from key people in your organization (your coworkers) you will begin turning these ideas into actions with your first behavioral Action Plan. Your coach will introduce key leadership skills to support your development. Please remember that you need to input a minimum of 3 behavioral actions per Leadership Growth Area in order to be able to publish your Action Plan.

Steps:

  1. Go to “My Journey”

  2. Click on “Action Plan”

  3. Click on “Draft action plan”

  4. You can either drag and drop the feedforward suggestions from the left column to the right column and edit the content, or click inside the frame at the bottom of the right column to add suggestions. Remember to do this action for both Leadership Growth Areas.

  5. Select from the dropdown menu how often you are planning to implement these suggestions. You can choose between “Daily”, “Weekly”, and “Monthly”

  6. Click “Publish”

  7. Click “Yes”

You will receive a notification confirming that the action plan has been successfully published. Your coach will also be receiving an email informing them that you published your action plan. 

Once published, the action plan will become visible under the “Action Plan” menu, as well as on the Home page.
