You can access the suggestions provided by your stakeholders in the Feedforward page, where you will be able to review the comments with your coach and construct an action plan.
Steps:
Go to “My Journey”
Click on “Feedforward”
Click on one of the two Leadership Growth Areas to read the feedforward suggestions provided by your coworkers.
You will be able to see when and who submitted the feedforward suggestions.
