How to Deactivate/Reactivate Coworkers

Deactivating your stakeholders means that they will no longer participate in providing feedforward suggestions and submitting Pulse surveys.

To deactivate a coworker:

  1. Go to “My Journey”

  2. Click on “Coworkers” (Stakeholders)

  3. Click on “Edit”

  4. Click on the three dots icon to display more options

  5. Click  “Deactivate”

  6. Click “Yes, deactivate”

The coworker will be removed from the Coworker list and added to the “Deactivated Coworkers” 

 

To reactivate a coworker:

  1. Go to “Deactivated Coworkers”

  2. Click on the three dots icon to display more options

  3. Click  “Reactivate”

  4. Click “Yes, reactivate”

By reactivating a coworker they will be receiving notifications to participate in providing feedforward suggestions and submitting the Pulse surveys. Please inform your coworker in person before reactivating them.
