How is feedforward being collected?
Please find the feedforward collection process hereunder:
Upon completion of session 3 you will be able to publish your coworker list. Inputting the coworker list will be possible before session 3, however, publishing it will be a requirement in order for you to be able to schedule session 4.
After publishing the coworker list an email is sent out to your coworkers notifying them that they have been invited to be a coworker.
Note: Coworkers added AFTER the list has been published will not receive this email notification. However, they will be invited to provide feedforward suggestions for you.
Feedforward survey links are sent to coworkers 7 days before the meeting date of sessions 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9.
Note: Feedforward is not collected for sessions 7 & 10 (the Pulse survey debrief sessions). If the coworker finds an old link and clicks on it, a message will display to inform them that feedforward suggestions are not currently being collected.
Feedforward cannot be submitted more than once per coworker.
If a coworker submits their feedforward more than 7 days before your next session, they do not receive a reminder email.
Coworkers can submit feedforward as long as the next meeting has been scheduled.
If the meeting time has passed and there is no scheduled meeting, the links will not work.
If the meeting is cancelled and if the coworker already provided feedforward for that meeting, the coworker won’t receive the feedforward links for that session (even if it gets rescheduled).
You will be able to review the feedforward data and start drafting the Action Plan directly on the Coaching Platform.
When exactly are the feedforward emails sent?
Why are my coworkers asked to provide suggestions every month?
If you receive this question from your coworkers, you can remind them:
Involving coworkers is an integral part of the leadership development process I am currently taking part in. Your feedforward suggestions, updated on a monthly basis, are critical, as they give me clear directions on how I can improve in ways that are important to me.
This monthly feedforward cycle ensures that the suggestions remain relevant, and keeps me accountable to striving higher on a regular basis.
